概述--TSC系列可控硅动态无功功率补偿器采用大功率可控硅组成的无触点开关,对多级电容器组进行快速无过渡投切,克服了传统无功功率补偿器因采用机械触点烧损,对电容冲击大等缺点。对各种负荷均能起到良好的补偿效果。 TSC-W型补偿器采用的三相独立控制技术解决了三相不平衡冲击负荷补偿的技术难题,属国内首创,填补了国内空白。 TSC动态无功功率补偿器动态响应速度快 (小于20ms) ,节能降耗效果显著,动态补偿功率因数,具有降低损耗,稳定负载电压,增加变压器带载能力等功能,是无功功率补偿领域的更新换代产品。1999年,该产品荣获”国家级优秀新产品奖” ,2002年,在全国同行业十佳品牌调查中,荣获:第一品牌”称号 。
工作原理--TSC系列可控硅动态无功功率补偿器采用全智能控制,由控 制器,双向可控硅,放电电阻, 电容器,电抗器,保护元件组成。 控制器实时跟踪测量负荷的功率因数,无功电流,与预先设定的给定值进行比较,动态控制投切不同组数的电容器,以保证功率 因数始终满足设定要求。整个测量执行过程在一个周波内完成(时间<20ms),控制器确保可控硅过零触发。确保投切电容无冲击,无涌流,无过渡过程。既动态快速跟踪负荷变化,又克服了传统 无功补偿器对电容器所产生的危害和自身固有的缺陷。

TSC-Series SCR Reactive Power Compensator
OUTLINE:
TSC-series reactive power compensator uses the high-power controllable silicon static switch to actuate the multi-capacitor banks swiftly and in-transitionally conquers the traditional reactive power compensators' defects in mechanical contact's burnout and surge current to the capacitors, compensates effectively and simultaneously. Adopting three-phase independent controlling technique TSC-W series compensator solves the compensating problems in three-phase unbalanced shock fluctuant load. This compensator is initiative, filling the gap in science and technology in China. TSC-reactive power compensator has high respond speed(less than 20ms) with remarkable saving energy and high power factor. Reducing the losses and stabling the load voltage can enlarge the load range. TSC dynamic reactive power compensator is the renewal and renovation equipment in the field of reactive power compensator. In 1999, our TSC product was awarded "The National Fresh Prominent Product", in 2002, was awarded "A-one brand" in the top-10 nationwide surveys.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
TSC-series dynamic reactive power compensator adopts the intelligent controlling technique, which consists of controller, Bi-directional thyristor, leak resistors, capacitors, reactors and protective elements. Controller is used to do follow-up measurement the power factor and reactive currents of the loads in real-time. Compare with the pre-established amount and dynamically control the number of imputing capacitor banks; ensure to coordinate the power factors with the pre-established power factor. The measuring process can be completed in one period of time (less than 20ms), and the controller ensure the thyristor trigger though zero, and ensure the capacitors without shock, fluctuating currents and transitional process. TSC not only tracks the changing loads rapidly and dynamically, but prevent the traditional reactive power compensator from its intrinsic defects and the damage of the capacitance.
