-Bachelor degree in electronics engineering or related fields
    -Minimum 3-5 years working experience in logistics fields in foreign company, solid experience in purchasing localization and supplies’ management, familiar with export procedure and concerning regulation
    -Good communication in English ;
    -Be familiar with EAP operation ; windows software
    -Skill on communication and coordination
    -Reasonable and flexible on problem-solving
    职位职责：1、Be responsible for activities in Logistics, including planning, import & export issues, and warehouse management ；
    2、Be responsible for purchasing, establish and maintain suppliers；
    3、Investigate for possible new sources, participate in material localization, supplier evaluation and cost reduction；
    4、Ensure the purchase of quality components；
    5、Positively involve in new product introduction ; ensure unnecessary material cost loss
    6、 Analyze and review the orders and oversee the production planning in order to guarantee a very high delivery performance and smooth production workload (make to stock, make to order).
    7、Ensure 100% delivery performance to production and customers.
    8、Review effectiveness of all logistical procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
    9、 Monitor and manage the material for raw materials, sub-assemblies and finished products flow in and flow out to reduce the inventory related cost , and maintain reasonable safety stock
    10、Optimize ERP system to ensure reasonable material ordering ， material shortage or excess inventory
